The provincial government of Bulacan announced on Tuesday a total of 22,324 families affected by the heavy rainfall and flooding caused by the southwest monsoon enhanced by Typhoon "Fabian" received relief goods through the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO).
Gov. Daniel Fernando instructed PSWDO head Rowena Tiongson to conduct a series of relief operations in flood-affected towns.
