SENATE President Vicente "Tito" Sotto 3rd on Monday said Vice President Maria Leonor "Leni" Robredo's outright rejection of Sen. Panfilo "Ping" Lacson's unity formula showed that her camp had "something else" in mind.
He said Robredo should have studied the offer first instead of rejecting it outright.
