Gatchalian pushes 'child find system'

SEN. Sherwin Gatchalian wants a more aggressive implementation of the Child Find System (CFS) to identify and locate more learners with disabilities who have not received basic education.

Gatchalian lamented that even before the pandemic, children with disabilities have struggled to get an education.
