CARITAS Phils, the Church' social-action arm, has set up a P65.5 million scholarship fund to help more than 500 "academically challenged" students.

Bishop Jose Colin Bagaforo, national director, Caritas Philippines, disclosed on Tuesday that the education assistance is part of the organization's Alay Kapwa Legacy Stewardship Program (AKLSP).
