THE Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) celebrated on August 8, 2021 the second anniversary of the signing and promulgation by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 11364, otherwise known as the "Cooperative Development Authority Charter of 2019."

With the theme "A Celebration of Leadership and Solidarity: Valuing the Past to Build a Stronger CDA," the Authority, under the direction of its new Chairman, Usec. Joseph Encabo, honors the united and cohesive efforts of the countless men and women who have laboured tirelessly and faithfully for a strengthened CDA in order to serve better the cooperative sector.
