Crowds swarmed Covid-19 vaccination sites in Manila on Thursday, a day before the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) is imposed in Metro Manila.
As many as 22,000 people trooped to vaccination centers set up by the city government in SM San Lazaro, SM Manila, Lucky Chinatown and Robinsons Place Manila, police estimated.
