Palace may seek extra budget for Covid response

The government may ask Congress to pass a supplemental budget for its cash aid program for households affected by the two-week enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in Metro Manila,

Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. on Thursday said as he gave assurances that the government would not run out of funds for cash assistance.
