I filed a civil case purposely to cancel the free patent and land title issued by the government to a certain claimant. It was dismissed on the ground that my complaint was in the nature of reversion suit, thus it is the government that should have filed the complaint. What is the difference between a complaint for cancelation of title and a reversion suit?
