Onyok did not get all promised reward

BOXER Mansueto 'Onyok' Velasco won silver at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. His brother Roel won bronze in Olympic boxing in 1992 in Barcelona.

Although they were rewarded with cash and other incentives when they came back home, not all that was promised was given to them.
