Pagasa monitors 4 tropical cyclones outside PH; monsoon rains to continue

THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) is monitoring at least four tropical cyclones outside of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Pagasa's weather specialist Ana Clauren told The Manila Times, however, that these may eventually go away without directly affecting the general weather condition in the country.
