RLC, Megaworld REITS get SEC nod

THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) green lighted two more real estate invest trust (REIT) offerings as it cleared the REITs sponsored by Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) and Megaworld Corp.

In a statement on Wednesday, the SEC said it has rendered effective the registration statements of Robinsons Land's P26.7-billion RL Commercial REIT Inc. and Megaworld's P27.3-billion MREIT Inc.
