ZAMBOANGA CITY: Government forces captured an Abu Sayyaf terrorist, who turned out to be a civilian employee of the Banguingui municipal police headquarters in the southern province of Sulu.
The terrorist, Masckur Adoh Patarasa, is a liaison officer of the Abu Sayyaf group and is now facing a string of criminal charges in the province of Basilan. He is also the brother-in-law of slain Abu Sayyaf leader Isnilon Hapilon, whose group operated in Basilan.
