Northern Samar gov scores NPA 'atrocity'

TACLOBAN CITY, Leyte: The provincial government of Northern Samar has condemned the 'atrocity' committed by the communist New People's Army (NPA) in Barangay San Francisco, Las Navas, Northern Samar, last July 29.

The NPA rebels reportedly burned heavy equipment being used by a private contractor in the area.
