In celebration of the 65th Anniversary of Japan-Philippines Friendship, Japanese Prime Minister Suga Yoshihide and President Rodrigo Duterte shared video messages commemorating this very important occasion. In the video messages, both leaders expressed their well-wishes as Japan and the Philippines mark a milestone in their diplomatic relations.
