FILIPINOS are divided on whether to consider China as "friend or foe", amid the challenges facing the two countries, especially in the West Philippine Sea.
About 53.3 percent "have held back their judgement in categorizing China as a clear friend or foe", according to PUBLiCUS Asia Inc. in its survey from July 13 to 19 covering 1,500 respondents drawn from approximately 100,000 Filipino registered voters.
