4 BIFF members surrender

COTABATO CITY: Four more members of the pro-Islamic State Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) surrendered in Maguindanao on Tuesday.

Col. Alaric Avelino delos Santos, spokesman for the Western Mindanao Command (WestMinCom), on Thursday said the surrenderers mentioned offensives conducted by the military made them realize they have nowhere to go but to either surrender or die while fighting for their beliefs.
