NCR locked down to stop Delta surge

The National Capital Region (NCR) will return to an enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) from August 6 to 20 to thwart a looming surge in coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) cases triggered by the highly contagious Delta variant.
