Cindy Miranda, the lady lead

Eight years after she was crowned Binibining Pilipinas Tourism 2013, Cindy Miranda is ready to embrace a new title wholeheartedly - that of a lead actress in a movie.

To be sure, 'Nerisa' - the new Viva Films movie which starts streaming today - is not her first foray in acting. Miranda stunned audiences in 2019 when she starred in the thought-provoking erotic thriller, 'Adan,' and even snagged an acting nomination on her big screen debut.
