Mandaluyong resolves row on cell site construction

A Mandaluyong City councilor said that building permit, fire safety evaluation clearance, barangay clearance, or locational clearance are not required in the application for the construction of telecommunications tower infrastructure.

Councilor Roehl Bacar made the clarification after Globe Telecom questioned the resolution issued by Barangay Plainview in Mandaluyong City prohibiting the construction of a cell site in the area.
