Leyte province-based Visayan State University (VSU) joined a recently held European online summer school program on democracy focusing on Central Europe's transition from communism to democracy. Two of the university's education students participated.
The three-week online summer school program was offered by the Czech Republic-based Masaryk University from June 28 to July 16.
