Agrupis to serve as MMSU president for another 4 years

The Mariano Marcos State University Board of Regents (MMSU-BoR) has given Dr. Shirley Agrupis another four-year term to continue serving as president.

On July 15, the 11 members of MMSU-BoR unanimously voted for Agrupis' appointment for the second term.
