Analysts question Duterte on fiscal stimulus

IN his final State of the Nation Address (SONA), President Rodrigo Duterte failed to inform the public about how his administration plans to take the country forward in terms of fiscal response to mitigate the impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic on the most vulnerable.
