Phoenix Petroleum raises P3.083 billion from commercial papers

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. on Tuesday said it raised P3.083 billion from commercial papers to strengthen its balance sheet and enhance its liquidity.

In a statement, the listed oil company said the settlement of Series D of its commercial paper program was funded by a combination of internal funds and financing support from established institutional creditors.
