PAO to DoJ: File Dengvaxia cases in SC-appointed court

THE Public Attorney's Office (PAO) on Monday reminded government prosecutors that the Supreme Court has designated an exclusive trial court that will handle and hear all Dengvaxia-related cases and must refrain from filing outside of the assigned court in Quezon City.

'It would just be[a] waste of time, effort and papers,' said PAO chief Persida Rueda-Acosta during a virtual press briefing with members of the Quezon City Press Club.
