Government's P3 program provides loans to MSMEs

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte on Monday highlighted the government's efforts to provide alternative lending programs to the country's micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

'Our MSMEs constitute 99.6 percent of our country's businesses and are vital to our economy, job creation, and poverty reduction. Let us show our concern to these small businesses through the Pondo sa Pagbabago at Pag-asenso Program,' said Duterte in his last State of the Nation Address (SONA).
