Days of downpour kill 3

DAYS of torrential rains in most parts of Luzon brought by the southwest monsoon enhanced by tropical cyclone 'Fabian' (international name: In-Fa) claimed three lives, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said on Sunday.

Ricardo Jalad, NDRRMC chief, said that one died in the Cordillera Administrative Region while two fatalities were reported in Ilocos region.
