SEN. Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao is welcome to be part of the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC) senatorial lineup if he opts to seek reelection instead of running for president in 2022, Senate President Vicente "Tito" Sotto 3rd said on Thursday.
Sotto, chairman of the NPC, made the remark when asked about his alliance with Pacquiao, president of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Laban ng Bayan.
