Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade on Thursday said the Metro Rail Transit Line 7 (MRT-7) is 60.93-percent complete.
The 22-kilometer railway from North Avenue, Quezon City to San Jose del Monte, Bulacan will reduce travel time between the two locations from 2 to 3 hours to just 35 minutes.
