Court junks petition vs Nayong Pilipino jab site

THE Supreme Court has junked the petition for a Writ of Kalikasan of former mayor Pedrito Nepomuceno of Boac, Marinduque against the construction of a mega Covid-19 vaccination center inside the Nayong Pilipino in Parañaque City.

'Foremost, the petition was unsigned, unverified and unaccompanied by a certification of non-forum shopping. Worse, the petition lacks proof of service to the adverse parties, and payment for Sheriffs Trust Fund,' reads the ruling signed by Clerk of Court Marife Lomibao-Cuevas.
