UST Info Systems institute now a college

The University of Santo Tomas (UST) has upgraded its Institute of Information and Computing Sciences (IICS) into a college.

'The University of Santo Tomas announces the elevation of the Institute of Information and Computing Sciences to the status of a college, following a Board of Trustees meeting in June,' the university announced on its social media platforms on July 15.
