The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has allowed Union Bank of the Philippines (UnionBank) to put up its digital bank unit.
In a disclosure on Wednesday, the listed lender said the central bank approved its application for authority to establish a digital bank last July 15.
