WOULD you risk your life against the pandemic while receiving $100 a month for a part-time job dealing face-to-face with people 12 hours a week? Or would you rather play safe, remain healthy, but incommunicado at home while subsisting on whatever little amount of pension you got? The word "pension" may give you a hint on the personal circumstances of some people I'm talking about.
That means, they're old people who are more susceptible to the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19). However, for these people, $100 is worth the risk as long as they follow the health standards or so they claim. However for those without any other means and relying much on bahala na (God will take care of everything) attitude, they would simply grab the opportunity without much thinking.
