Japanese Embassy, ILO partnership supports Covid-affected MSMEs

Japanese Ambassador Koshikawa Kazuhiko attended on July 15 the virtual ceremony of the launch of new International Labor Organization (ILO) project dubbed 'Bringing back jobs safely under the Covid-19 crisis in the Philippines: Rebooting small and informal businesses safely and digitally.'

With a funding of US$2.2 million from the government of Japan, this initiative seeks to support micro, small and medium enterprises affected by the Covid-19 pandemic through safer, more digitalized and productive work spaces.
