THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) on Friday led the groundbreaking ceremony for the installation of a sewage treatment plant (STP) and wastewater interceptor in Pasay City.
Environment Secretary Roy Cimatu said the STP, to be built in four months adjacent to the Libertad Pumping Station, is in partnership with the MMDA.
