Alsons lists P1.4-B commercial papers

ALSONS Consolidated Resources Inc. listed an initial P1.4 billion of its up to P3-billion commercial papers program in the Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corp. (PDEx) on Friday.

In a disclosure, the Alcantara-led company said the securities will be offered in one or more tranches within a period of three years from June 25, 2021.
