A POLICY on the development, establishment and operation of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in the Philippines has already been signed, a Department of Energy (DoE) official said on Wednesday.
Patrick Aquino, director of DoE's Energy Utilization and Management Bureau, said the circular will be published no later than August.
