AN independent and non-commissioned survey conducted by RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMDinc) from June 20-25 in provincial cities and municipalities revealed what local residents think of their government leaders.
"In every region, the city mayors of each capital have been assessed by their constituents when it comes to their overall job performance or achievements. We are hoping this will give our public servants a good insight on how they are doing with their constituents," said Dr. Paul Martinez of RPMDinc in a statement.
