Quarantine restrictions in Metro eased

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has downgraded the quarantine status for the National Capital Region (NCR) to normal general community quarantine from GCQ 'with some restrictions,' Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said on Thursday.
