THE Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC), led by Senate President Vicente 'Tito' Sotto 3rd, is considering merging with Aksyon Demokratiko (Aksyon), whose members include his nephew, Pasig Mayor Victor Ma. Regis 'Vico' Sotto.
