MMDA: Number coding scheme remains suspended

THE Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) or the number coding scheme will remain suspended as traffic is still manageable, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said on Thursday.

MMDA Chairman Benjamin 'Benhur' Abalos Jr. said there were many factors to consider before introducing changes to the EDSA traffic.
