A party-list group at the House of Representatives pushed for an investigation into the use of the P3.3-billion online learning budget of the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) as it decried its "underutilization".
The Kabataan party-list sought an accounting of all the unused allocations, "most of which [were] for digital infrastructure assistance for state universities and colleges."
