THE Public Attorney's Office (PAO) is readying new criminal charges against former Health secretary and now Iloilo Rep. Janette Garin and administrative complaints against incumbent Health Secretary Francisco Duque 3rd in connection with the deaths of over a hundred school children who were injected with Dengvaxia vaccines.
