THE Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic has pushed back the planned P1.5 billion investment of French shipbuilder OCEA to build a shipyard in the Philippines, according to the Maritime Industry Authority (Marina).
Earlier, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) made public OCEAN's plan to invest in a shipyard in the country following the conclusion of the 9th Philippine-France Joint Economic Committee (JEC) meeting on July 2.
