LWUA chief dies at 68

Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) chief and former Tarlac representative Jeci Lapus died on Sunday at the age of 68.

In a statement issued on Monday, the LWUA said Lapus succumbed to heart attack at St. Luke's Medical Center in Bonifacio Global City.
