LWUA chief Jeci Lapus dies at 68

Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) chief and former Tarlac representative Jeci Lapus died on Sunday. He was 68 years old.

In a statement, the agency said Lapus succumbed to heart attack at St. Luke's Medical Center in Bonifacio Global City.
