PLDT-Smart Foundation (PSF) turns over the P1-million donation to the Philippine National Police (PNP) as part of its 13-year PSF-PNP educational program. Since 2008, the PSF has supported more than 600 college scholars and dependents of PNP uniformed personnel who were killed or incapacitated in the line of duty.
