BROKEN TABLET
by The Manila Times
Jul 11, 2021 1:26 am
A child from Barangay 753 Singalong, Manila shows a broken screen from a tablet that was given to her by the Manila City government for use in the distance learning module of the Department of Education because of the pandemic that prevented faceto-face classes for School Year 2020-2021. A number of parents expressed concern after they were told by public school officials that it was a requirement for re-enrollment for SY 2021-2022 to return the equipment in good condition.
