Probe into C-130 crash needs to address broader problems

We look forward to the investigation of the recent C-130 crash in Sulu province that killed more than 50 people, the worst for the military in three decades. Like what President Rodrigo Duterte and others have said, we hope that will be our last aviation disaster. Given the air safety record of the military and of the country in general, that wish has urgency.
