ACT-CIS party-list Rep. Jocelyn Tulfo on Saturday pushed for the passage of the bill that will make the approval of business permits conditional on complying with the legal requirement to pay 13th-month salaries.
Tulfo is one of the principal authors of House Bill (HB) 6272. In her statement, the lawmaker stressed the provisions of the measure were "doable," especially at the local and national levels.
