MAYOR Francisco "Isko" Moreno Domangoso and Sen. Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao topped social media's most influential list of potential candidates for president and vice president in the 2022 elections, according to a study.
It said Domangoso received an overall social media influence share of 39 percent, while Pacquiao received a score of 37 percent. WR Numero said that these two personalities have "highly active personal Facebook pages and are regularly talked about in both mainstream and alternative media."
